    Make your home a more productive place to work

    Almost whole world is stuck, peoples are advised to work from home. The environment of office and home is entirely changed, how to complete the office tasks by staying at home? I hope this post “make your home a more productive place to work” will be supportive for those, who are working from home. Also those who, will be stuck in home for next few weeks or months. As my friend from Italy said that probably they will be lock down for two months.

    Work from Home

    As a humanitarian and development professional, it is very difficult to manage my tasks from home. I can’t stay home because, I am a humanitarian practitioner and must support to needy peoples, during emergencies. But the nature of this emergency is little bit different and social distance is basic safety measure. Most of the developed and developing countries are badly affected. Numerous countries imposed locked down. Including China, Italy, Span, Iran, France, Belgium, Ireland, Pakistan, India, UK, Germany and others are facing lock-down situation. Peoples are advised to work from home.

    Some benefits of work from home

    It depends upon the nature of work, but every workplace needs operational cost, and work from may reduce the cost including travel, tea, refreshment, power etc. No limited to cost benefit but work from home is more productive.

    Make your home, a more productive place to work

    There are many household chores, pet animals, children activities may affect your work. You need specific and favorable environment, if you are working on some creative tasks such as new projects, proposals writing, budget sheet preparing, maps and designs, report writing, analyzing the project impacts etc.

    I have tried to compile some tips to make your home a more productive place to work, that may help you be more productive at home.

    Firs of all be ready for office work

    Be ready, as you get ready regularly for going to office and feel yourself at workplace. It doesn’t mean you should take a chair according to your office timings but have to create good environment for greater productivity and completing tasks timely.

    So many things depend upon house space, family size, age of children therefore its not easy to describe here the setting perfect workplace at your home.

    It is your home not an office, so your office work should not affect the routine life of other family members. Don’t sought on children, cat, dog and other family members but manage your tasks by creating your favorable environment.

    You are free to use your time efficiently, think about and decide that which type of environment including noise level and time, which helps you stay focused on your tasks.

    Select your workspace

    Designate the specific workplace during the work from home time is more beneficial to create official environment and manage all required things at that site. No matter how is your sitting arrangement, table and chair as like your office? If you have separate room than fantastic otherwise select any comfortable and unique space for your workplace.

    Don’t leftover time on personal matters and domestic chores during your office work and put away all these matter and handle after working time or completion of tasks.
    Plan your day

    The real winners are smart planner not implementer. As a planner plan your targets smartly it will maximize the work productivity and help you minimize your distractions. Focused your targets and tasks which are more important secondly perform your responsibilities as family member, where your help is required.

    Working Hours

    When you are working from home, you should manage your time and tasks there no need to stay on the table form 9:00 to 5:00. Keep in touch with team and complete your tasks timely.

    Take breaks according to your need, which will make you fresh mentally and physically. As you your office hours end, come back to your personal life, enjoy your time with your loved ones, friends and children.

    Radiant, glowing and healthy skin is the desire of every girl of the world, and the global market of cosmetics is expecting to garner $429.8 billion by 2022. Millions of dollars are spent on it every year around the world. Today I would like to discuss here five concrete solutions for 365 days “to keep your skin healthier”.

    Following are the tips to keep your skin healthier around the year,

    Usage of cleanser:

    A cleanser is a product which removes all type of dirt from our skin. Cleanser is better than any of soap. Because these soaps have very high PH, bar soaps remove our skin oil and provides the bacteria a good place for their growth which leads to many skin problems like acne or pimples or over production of oil which cause damage to our skin tissue. Our skin is very sensitive therefore a little harm would lead to great damage. Cleanser is also used to remove the makeup hence it is also a make-up remover. It removes dead skin cells and all type of pollutants. It prevents the acne from coming back, by the way keep changing your skin care products with the season changes, it gives you the best result and it is certified by the dermatologist. A cleanser keeps your skin healthy so therefore, it is a good choice to choose a cleanser as a part of your skin care product.

    Protection of your skin from sun:

    Sun is the only one which you have to face in all the seasons. It is the biggest factor which affect much on skin. It is not only that sun has only negative effect, but sunlight helps to make the vitamin D which is an essential compound for the formation of bone, but it also burns the skin cells which causes tan and a person to age premature. As much you experience sun sunlight will burn your skin cells even more leads to skin cancer so therefore, it is necessary to protect your skin from sun light. Use sunscreen regularly even on cloudy day. Sunscreen helps you from sun burn but it is very dumb to think that it would protect from skin cancer, it won’t. If you are sweating continuously then I will suggest reapplying sunscreen every two hours. Be careful of spending much time in watery or sandy areas because, they reflect the damaged sun light, which may lead to sunburn and also to other major problem.

    Sleeping with makeup:

    It is the worse than all others. One even just can’t imagine that how much it could harm. Sleeping with makeup is just like murdering of the pores. The pores get clogged your skin becomes bumpy and if you have acne problem then it leads to break out. Sleeping with make-up may also cause the acne problems. Our skin continuously works for 24 hours it never gets rests, just as like as heart never stop working. Our Skin is very sensitives to everything. Applying makeup and sleeping with it is just like murdering because when you apply the make-up it just blocks your pores completely and once if they are blocked then they will block the natural lubricants which moisturizes the skin and lead to acne. Sleeping with make-up also leads to many other major problems so never avoid removing makeup before going to bed.

    Humidifier:

    It is just like treatment or therapy which enhances the skin it moisturizes and removes the dryness of nose, throat, lips and skin. A humidifier keeps our skin healthier and hydrated and when our skin is hydrated it glows more. But overusing of a humidifier may cause much damage to respiratory system. Therefore, it is necessary to use them wisely a humidifier is used for dry skin, dry throat, nose irritation, bloody nose, dry cough, cracked lips or irritated vocal cords and even for headache too. Therefore, it is good to use a humidifier once a day.

    Get the perfect beauty sleep:

    Sleeping is the best way of all to have a beautiful and attractive skin all year round. There is no any other way better than this one. The more you sleep more your skin will rest and regenerate. Even it is beneficial for your health too. Body recharges when we sleep, so does our skin too. Sleep is just like a food our skin too. If you don’t get a proper amount of sleep, then your skin will become unbalanced which causes dehydration or may lead to redness or to breakout. Less sleeping leads to dark circles, or you can get under eyes bags. Therefore, it is good to take much amount of sleep to keep yourself refresh all day long.

    Mahatma Ganhi Ji said, “where there is love there is life”, because love always teaches us how to live life? Life is also a long hard journey and love gives energy and makes it easy and remember able journey. The darkness and hindrances create the panic in journey of life, and there we need love, because where there is love, there is light.

    Love is energy and energy never die.

    Love is light and light is energy, and according to law of conservation, energy can neither be created nor destroyed; rather, it can only be transformed or transferred from one form to another. Hence, love is light so love never dies. When, life ends the energy transferred into another form same as love also transferred into another form.

    There is life on planet due to the light and the light is among us due the sun, so which one is important Sun or Light? Exactly, light is life, sun is not life. Hence, sun is the source of light. Light unfolds the truth of life, also offers cure and hope of future and long journey.

    Love is blind is the thought of typical society actually love is must in life and love give the right direction, love lighten your journey, love make you happy, energetic and hopeful. Love has inner eyes and our eyes could not see that eyes.

    Sometimes life experiences the darkness which also creates the disappointments, frustration and exhaustion in the journey of life, and many peoples detracted and committed suicide due this. Be positive and careful, whenever you or your loved ones feels this type of situation, just stay look on your past movements, you will find there a light of love which will show you the way to get you out from darkness.

    Love can’t be purchased from markets or by money, it is the unconditional movement of life, you should feel this, accept this and follow this. Just try to understand the natural rules, there is no any rule of giving something and getting back same.

    Meteorological, one year is divided into four seasons and according to that spring starts on 1st March and ending on 30th April. According to astronomical spring starts this year on 19th March 2020. It is one day earlier the same as 124 years ago in 1896 the spring arrived earlier. Astronomically seasons observed on the position of Earth’s in relation to Sun.

    We are just happy and breathing in the fresh air, and we have left heavy blankets, dark colored jackets, puffy jackets, warm cloths. We have opened the windows and ventilators of our houses we are happy because the temperature is rising up and up. It also depends upon the conditions of your living area; be careful the cold can catch you if you are so early to coming of spring.

    Enjoy outside with the perfect temperature

    The perfect environment with perfect temperature enjoys the outside trips and say goodbye to winter. Early walk, night gatherings, some classical music nights, light drinks, some Ice-cream there are so many things are waiting for you and your friends, really spring is calling you.     I love flowers and love to decorate my interior with colorful flowers and nurture new flowers. After four months period of chill winter, spring is coming with dazzling flowers. Lush green landscapes of beautiful valleys are ready to sing romantic songs with you. This is the time to enjoy the natural fragrance of different flowers and spend more time outside and set out your new travel plan and the next adventure also makes worthwhile memories for life!
