Five rememberable photos

There are so many photos are in photo albums but I would like to she following five rememberable photos of my little life.

Photo – 01

My first birthday photo is one of the most memorable photo from my five rememberable photos. The most memorable photo of my entire life is of my first birthday. Yeah! That is quite memorable forever because I have completed my one-year journey. Everyone was happy with me, and celebrating that day was one of the best ever feeling. I completely don’t remember or perfectly can’t express those feelings coz I was a child at that time.

Photo – 02

Another memorable photo is when I was just three years old and went out on a trip with my father and with his friends. I still remember that time it was a summer’s day and was very warm weather when my father and his friends were planning a trip outside to Keenjhar Lake, and I forced a lot that finally he was agreed to take me with them. It was quite an amazing time which we spent there; we had a lot of fun and explored that place.

Photo – 03

And at this photograph I was just 8 years old; it was icy wintertime when my uncle was getting married and I was pretty excited about that. I had a special hair cut and that was my first ever haircut. But the silly point was that just before as the party was going to start I had fallen asleep (huh ya I fall asleep…! the day was too tiring one could easily fall). After that, my Mum came for awaking me and I quickly got changed and did my simple make overlook, then went to the ceremony.

Photo – 04

This photograph captures my entire childhood. It was our habit that I and my brother always went on a walk every Sunday morning with our father. I still have lots of memories of that time. We had a lot of fun there sometimes we did races, or sometimes we did cycling there. Now I wish that I can go back at that time to get the most of it.

Photo – 05

And in this memorable photo I was 11 years old and it was the best time of my past. It was the time of our summer vacation when my family had decided an outing of 4 days with my father’s closest friend’s family. That 4 day is the most memorable time ever. Going on a trip with the closest ones is one of the best ever feeling. Missing those days lot.

Five worst days you don’t like to remember

14
Five worst days

It is the post of 21st Day of 30 days 30 blog challenge; and the topic is “Every day a new story: Five worst days you don’t like to remember”. If you would like to read the full series of “Every Day A New Story”, you can reach by clicking here on each day a new story Day-1, Day-2, Day-3, Day-4, Day-5, Day-6, Day-7 and Day-8, Day-9, Day-10, Day-11, Day-12. Day-13, Day-14, Day-15, Day-16, Day-17, Day-18 and Day-19, and Day-20.

Worst or Bad Day

Life becomes beautiful after overcoming difficulties, as it is filled with moments that bring joy. While you strive to keep a smile on your face, there are times when circumstances make it challenging and you find yourself feeling down. These moments may seem like the worst parts of bad days.

Unexpected and unforeseen situations can arise, casting a shadow over your world and making you unhappy. However, it’s crucial to remember that it’s just a bad day, not a bad life. Take solace in the fact that you are not alone in experiencing difficult days. Everyone faces their share of challenges, although the intensity may vary.

Many individuals fall into the trap of comparing their current circumstances with the past or comparing their lives to others, which can lead to a sense of despair. Personally, I refrain from comparing moments to the past or to other people’s lives. Instead, I focus on the present and strive to build a happier future. By doing so, I avoid dwelling on the number of bad days. Even the toughest days of my life serve as valuable lessons, as there are many aspects beyond our control, both significant and trivial. However, these challenges also present opportunities for personal growth and learning valuable life lessons.

Five worst days you don’t like to remember

Although bad days can present minor obstacles, none of them are capable of ending your career. However, the impact of these moments may leave you feeling disheartened. Drawing from my experience of diverse lifestyles, I have encountered situations in life that have brought unhappiness. There have been numerous days that I consider to be the worst, ones I prefer not to recall. However, as part of the 30 days 30 blogs challenge, I am compelled to share five of these days that I would rather forget.

  • The memories of days spent fetching water, gathering firewood, tending to livestock, and toiling in the fields resurface with a pang. It’s as if I’m transported back to those times, my throat parched, wandering through a thirsty and weary jungle. Those moments remain etched as the worst days, ones I prefer not to recollect or share with my children.
  • A particular incident from 1998 stands out vividly in my mind. I was a student at the University of Sindh, residing in the Blocks Hostel. During that period, nationalist political movements were gaining strength, causing unrest within the university. One evening, as we gathered at the hostel canteen for a cup of tea, the nationalist comrades announced that all hostellers must evacuate the premises immediately, warning that we would be responsible for our own safety. We hurriedly left the hostel, seeking refuge outside, only to be greeted by relentless mosquitoes. Throughout the night, their incessant buzzing filled the air, while we struggled to keep them at bay. This was not an isolated incident, but rather one of many occasions where we found ourselves facing the direst circumstances.
  • There have been two significant days in my life that I prefer not to dwell on or share with my children and others. One of those days was when I found myself needing to say “no,” but against my better judgment, I ended up saying “yes.” The other day was when I should have responded with a resounding “yes,” but instead, I uttered the word “no.” Reflecting on these instances brings me discomfort, and I choose to keep them in the recesses of my memory, focusing on more positive experiences instead.
  • Owing to certain unavoidable social circumstances, I found myself compelled to leave my home and relocate to another city. It was an immensely challenging day when I bid farewell to the place I once called my own, leaving a sense of melancholy in my heart.
  • On another fateful day, a phone call delivered devastating news—a doctor had diagnosed my uncle with cancer, leaving little hope for his survival. That night, sleep evaded me as worry consumed my thoughts. However, with the benevolence of the almighty Lord Krishna, my uncle’s condition has since shown signs of improvement, bringing solace and gratitude to our hearts.

Five favorite books I have read and Five I want to read

“A room without a book is like a body without a soul” (Cicero)
A poet has defined books as best friends of everyone. The book plays a vital role in our life; they inspire us to do all of the best things in our life. They make us a perfect person. The books are our guide, our true well-wisher and books overcome our failures. Books are our best companions, which teach us unconditionally and even didn’t ask anything in return. The Books bring positivity in our life and it also helps at certain times when there no one else is with us.

Benefits of book reading

Reading the book is the most interesting thing ever, it has so many benefits as;

Teach positive values, spirituality, and love

Good story books teach us good moral and ethical lessons. Reading gives you some positive values and these values reflect the character of the individual as well as spirituality.

Make us intelligent

We gain a lot of knowledge almost about every single thing from books that’s why I said that it makes us intelligent. Reading books especially like autobiographies of different personalities, philosophers, or successful persons inspires us much in achieving great things in our life.

Increases self-confidence, boost memory and imagination power

Novels and other books play a vital role in boosting memory and for reducing your stress and they help a lot in improving your vocabulary and of your concentration power. Reading books increases your self-confidence.

These are the library of information

A great personality said that books are a store of information. Knowledge always goes on increasing with time. We get information at any time by just reading a single book.
Abdul Kalam said that; ‘learning gives creativity and creativity leads to thinking, thinking provides knowledge and knowledge makes you great.

Five favorite books I have read

I’ve been a massive reader, my whole life and I read every book but like most to read poetry, novel, and scholarly research papers.

Crime and Punishment:

As I remember that the first book, I read that was the “Crime and Punishment” a novel by the Russian author Fyodor Dostoevsky. It is a very interesting novel, which was first published in the literary journal The Russian Messenger in twelve monthly installments during 1866. It was later published in a single volume and translated in different languages including Sindhi.

Shah jo Risalo

Being a Sindhi I have read “Shah jo Risalo”, the poetry of Shah Abdul Latif Bhittai.
Shah Abdul Latif Bhittai is also known as the poet of Sindh. He was a Sindhi Philosopher, Sufi scholar, mystic, saint, and poet, widely considered to be the greatest Muslim poet of the Sindhi language. Shah jo Risalo has 30 Surs including the Kalyan, Sarang, Surs i-e Momal Rano, Sasui Punho, and Umar Marvi.

Mother

I would like to share the name of a revolutionary Novel “Mother” written by Maxim Gorky. It was the first time published in 1906, and many translators translated into different languages including Urdu and Sindhi also made into several films. The novel Mother is famous around the globe because the political agenda behind the novel was clear and it is the great and long work of Maxim Gorky on the Russian revolutionary movement.

Aag Ka Darya

During university life, I was a massive reader, a regular member of the central library. The evening time from 8:30 PM to 11:00 PM was fixed for literature books at the central library or Hostel room. I have read many books in which one is the great novel “Aag Ka Darya” written by Qurratulain Hyder. This is a historical novel which is providing context to the traumatic partition of the Indian subcontinent into two nation-states.

Sindhu Ji Saanjah

One most important book I have read is “Sindhu Ji Saanjah” written by GM Syed. He was the revolutionary and nationalist politician of Sindh and he was the author of many books, in which the book “Sindhu Ji Saanjah” is most important. If a sandhi reader read this book before, it will help to understand correctly the Sapiens: A Brief History of Humankind by Yuval Noah Harari.

Five books you want to read

As I am a massive reader and read everything, so it is very difficult to share the exact five names of books I want to read. But this month I have to read the Urdu translation of Sapiens: A Brief History of Humankind by Yuval Noah Harari.
And other books are in the list of want to read are following;

  1. Sapiens: A Brief History of Humankind by Yuval Noah Harari
  2. War and peace written by Leo Tolstoy
  3. The Red and The Black written by Stendhal
  4. The 21 lessons for 21st century written by Yuval Noah Harari
  5. The Art of happiness Written by Dalai Lama
