Five Best Habits

The 10th day of 30 days 30 blog challenge is Sunday; the weekend helps me to realize and reconcile the list of habits which are good, and which are bad. Today’s topic is “Every day a new story: Five best habits of mine”. The Habits

Habits play a vital role in your everything, in your success, in your failure to even. The habits are two types number; 1). let’s do unsuccessful desires wishes and dreams that I missed keeps you away from doing those things which you want to do. 2). good habits mix your life as heaven they help you lot in making your life peaceful.

Some good habits you must follow

If you will list down, you habit you will record numerous habits and the causes of those habits that why these are good and why are bad. When your will record the “five best habits of mine” your will be able to prioritize your good habits. Here are some good habits for successful peoples.

Exercise

Daily and early morning exercise is the best way to start your day. Exercising in the morning keeps you energized the whole day, it is a good way to maintain a healthy routine. Research says that a person takes about two months to stick a habit. Morning exercise gives you as much energy that none of the others can give. The morning exercise builds a better mood. It makes you feel happier; because when you exercise then sweat is released in which certain chemicals are carried out from bodies that are responsible for stress. It prevents hypertension. therefore, regular exercise is the best way to keep your blood pressure in control. Regular exercise improves your sleep, an exercise in the morning is more effective than the exercise in the evening or afternoon time; a morning exercising person experience deeper and longer sleep.

Think about the day-night before

This is the best habit to do advanced planning; because if you move forward without planning then you can’t achieve what you want to get, or it can also happen that your plan goes wrong then if you haven’t thought before then you can easily get up by your path. Even every successful person says that he or she plans their day out the night before; and on the next day goes according to the list. So always plan your day and set your goals for the upcoming day a night before. There is a famous saying that “life doesn’t always work out as planned but with the plan, you can adjust without losing momentum”. So, therefore, always keep planning.

Knowing the personal experiences of other

Reading or knowing about the personal experiences of others is much inspiring for everyone. it also increases your learning and understanding capacity. We learn a lot from another person’s experience. They teach us many lessons. We get much able to judge whether what’s true and what’s wrong; we learn about what we have to do or what we haven’t to do; which is the right thing, and which is the wrong thing for us. We get inspired by other personal experiences because when we know about other experience then that is saved in our memory. So, therefore, whenever we got stuck in any situation where we give up then we can easily look at the person’s experience and get hope by that.

Spend every day as it were the last day

Life is too short; we even don’t know when we have to leave it. Life is just full of sadness. no one knows what future brings for us; no one knows what he or she is going to accomplish in upcoming days; no one knows what he or she is going to experience; but as this is also true that life is also full of happiness, it is full of surprises, what we have to do is just make the most of our every movement; to live in every moment, because there is nothing guaranteed in our life. everything is temporary even as we are too. So, take benefit of everything; do whatever makes you happy; spend your every day as if it were the last day, don’t be worried about anything.

Dress well

Good looks matter a lot. The good dress gives you the courage, it builds your self-esteem; your confidence and it is the first thing which other notice in you. Therefore, dressing well is the best habit.

Let us record your habits, do analyzation of those, and prioritized that which are in your control and which are not? Which are good and which are bad?

Bad Habits Impacts

Always remember that keeping control of bad habits is not easy, these bad habits may the cause of destroying your happiness, planed goals, and strategies of a better future. The bad habits stop you thinking capacity and keep you stuck, and you will take actions you never want to do. On the other hand, bad habits make you unhappy and unplanned person. So many peoples have many bad habits like, unplanned life, living a mediocre life, blaming others, problematic, worrying life, dependent on others, postponing goals, trying to control everything, living in the past, etc.

Let us try to eliminate all the negativity and bad habits from life, it will multiply your happiness and will minus all sorrows of life.

It is proved that bad habits can’t be eliminated but can be replaced, so let us try to understand why you fell these are bad habits and what are the losses of these habits? After that slowly and gradually replace all these bad habits with some positive and good habits. The most important and fist good habit is to do now, so be ready and start it now.

  1. I love dressing well. I miss going out so much because of it. I have a personal style fashion blog so I get a lot of free items especially very pretty dresses and you know what? is very frustrating in this pandemic that I cannot wear them out.

  2. I totally agree with exercise. I’ve been struggling because my gym is closed, but today I walked 3 miles around my town. It felt good to get out in nature and look at my town as I walked!

  3. I love your list of good habits. I got lazy with the dressing well because of quarantine, but realized how much better I work even at home while being well dressed. We just feel better about ourselves!

  4. I love the exercise and the planning your day ahead parts. I cannot dress well at home. And I have no way of going to my laundry shop for now. Anyway, seems like we will be going back to the office soon. I can finally dress up again. And yes, bad habits are hard to break but we can keep trying. And alternatives is also a good option.

  5. Finding a balance between living in the present and not constantly planning is hard for me! But, if everything is not planned and I don’t have everything in order, I cannot fully enjoy whatever it is I’m doing at that moment. Planning gives me peace!

  6. These are so needed right now. Before quarantining I had most of these habits but have since gotten complacent. I am finding it hard with being at home more now to implement them again but this is a great reminder to find an alternative way and get back to it.

  8. Great advice! I try to do a wee bit of exercise every day but never allow myself to overdo it. I also think it’s important to have balance in what you’re eating – not to deny yourself the simple pleasures but also not to over indulge.

  9. These are great habits to have daily. I’ve been trying to incorporate more exercise into my routine and I have been feeling healthier. I’m also trying to replace my bad habits like you suggested.

  15. I used to exercise but it’s like I’ve lost all the interest.it’s hard to exercise when you don’t want to lose the little weight you have.haha

  16. I’m really missing exercise right now! I’m getting over being sick, and discovered quickly to take it easy or the next day is difficult to get through.

  17. These are great point. I do make sure to follow it and specially I make sure to add exercise to my daily routine.
