I so agree with this! When we work based on our talents, we tend to enjoy our jobs and our tasks becomes easier and we develop better at it than when it’s not something that is not natural to us.
Over the years I have learned to appreciate and understand what I am worth, something as simple as complex often to understand. Doing it means being able to set goals and do everything possible to achieve them.
This is a great post. It is important to try to find a career that suits our talents rather than utilizing our talents as hobbies. Loving what you do to earn a living leads to much more satisfaction in life.
I never thought about it that way but working based on talent it such an important thing, we tend to enjoy it more. Loving your job can be one of the biggest factors of feeling fulfilled.

Talent is definitely a powerful thing! I think it’s important to note, however, that it’s not just our natural born talents – Too often people get caught up in whether something comes naturally to them. As you mentioned, we can develop skills and talents. It’s not easy, but it can be done and it’s 110% worth it!
