Some time ago I also made an article where he talks about the power and importance of “NO”. I find your mirror blog post equally interesting.
Pushing yourself foward even when it seem impossible is an amazing attribute of life which does not come to us easily.
I think we have to be open to any opportunity and not question ourselves if it is worth it or not we have to start paying more attention to our actions.
I do need to say yes more often. This is so positive to read.

I think I need to find the right balance between yes and no, I have been saying a lot of yes lately lol…
I love that there is more of a reason to say yes.i never understand the naysayers or anyone that doesn’t day yes right away.
Sometimes you have to say no because if you dont have that balance you will say yes to wrong things. Also I do not belive that the boss or the costumer is always right and if you know that they are not you need to speek up.

I have learned the power in saying yes or even maybe more often in my life. It has especially helped with my relationships with my family. I didn’t realize how much I was holding everyone back by saying no without fully thinking things through.
