If you want to stop being tired all the time, and you want to be energetic, first get sufficient sleep, and appreciate your body’s sleep cycles by no longer waking up with an alarm clock. Try to wake up naturally and cut off the use of an alarm clock. Increase physical exercise, get outside, get some sunlight, recollect the use of a diet D supplement.
